By using our services, making a reservation, or interacting with our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Services
Gynna’s Paws & Claws offers the following professional pet services:
• Pet Sitting: daily care, overnight stays, and scheduled visits (in-home or on-site)
• Non-Anesthetic Dental Cleaning
• Grooming and complementary services: regular grooming, medicated baths (with prior approval from the treating veterinarian), nail trimming, ear cleaning, and brushing
• Pawsport Transportation: available in Naples, Fort Myers, Estero, Bonita Springs, and Marco Island
All services are provided based on availability, advance reservation, and are subject to company policies.
2. Reservations and Payments
• Reservations must be made in advance through our website or authorized communication channels.
• A reservation is confirmed only once full payment or a required deposit has been received.
• Accepted payment methods: credit/debit card (Wix Payments), Zelle, Venmo, cash, and card in person.
• Prices may change without prior notice; however, the price confirmed at the time of booking will be honored.
• Clients must provide valid payment information and authorize charges for the services booked.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
• 48 hours or more before the scheduled service: full refund or credit toward a future service.
• Between 48 and 24 hours: partial charge or loss of deposit may apply, depending on the service.
• Less than 24 hours, same-day, or no-show: non-refundable.
• For Pawsport and dental services, same-day cancellations are not refundable.
4. Pet Health and Behavior
• The owner must inform us of any medical conditions, medications, behavioral issues (including aggression), or special needs before the service.
• Gynna’s Paws & Claws reserves the right to refuse or stop a service if the pet poses a risk to itself, staff, or others.
• In case of a medical emergency, we will attempt to contact the owner immediately. For pet sitting, the client must provide the contact information of their trusted veterinarian. If the owner cannot be reached, veterinary care will be sought, and the owner will cover all costs.
5. Non-Anesthetic Dental Cleaning
• This procedure does not replace a veterinary dental cleaning under anesthesia.
• It is performed only on pets deemed suitable and with the owner’s explicit authorization when booking.
• If the pet does not cooperate or a condition prevents continuation, the service may be stopped; a proportional charge may apply for time and work performed.
• No medical diagnoses are provided.
6. Grooming and Add-ons
• Grooming services are carried out according to the pet’s temperament and physical condition.
• If the pet does not allow safe handling, the service may be stopped to protect the animal’s well-being.
• Medicated baths require prior approval from the treating veterinarian.
7. Pawsport Transportation
• The owner must provide accurate pickup and drop-off information and be on time.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
• Pets must wear a collar, ID tags, and a leash; a carrier is recommended for added safety.
8. Liability
• Each pet is cared for with the utmost love, respect, and professionalism.
• However, Gynna’s Paws & Claws is not liable for illnesses, injuries, losses, or deaths due to natural causes, pre-existing conditions, unavoidable accidents, or unpredictable behavior.
• The owner is responsible for any damage their pet causes to third parties, property, or staff.
9. Media Rights
• Unless otherwise stated in writing, the client authorizes Gynna’s Paws & Claws to take and use photographs or videos of their pet for promotional or informational purposes.
10. Modifications
Gynna’s Paws & Claws reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The current version will always be available on our website.
